About the event

By the end of this workshop, participants will:

  • Explore paper as an open-ended material capable of communicating ideas, theories, and possibilities.

  • Experience how slowing down and investigating a familiar material can deepen curiosity and creative thinking.

  • Consider the role of the educator in observing, listening, documenting, and extending children's encounters with materials.

  • Develop simple paper provocations that can be adapted across ages, abilities, and learning environments.

  • Reflect on how accessible everyday materials can support children's Hundred Languages without requiring expensive resources.
